Milestone Caches!
Congratulations StickerDude! You hit the big 500! :D
We knew it wouldn't take you long - bet you're already on your way to 1000! Looking forward to seeing you at JAKE's so we can celebrate it!
We're posting this to a new thread thinking maybe one thread could cover all caches that were a milestone to one of the members. Maybe not only in the numbers - but a special find for some reason or other.
-
-
StickerDude, please add my congratulations for your 500th find. Quite a milestone.
-
Mountainborn, congratulations on your 100th find. Of all my milestone caches, I remember my 100th the best. Where and how it was hidden, the container, almost the time of day I found it. There is just something about number 100 that makes it a special find. I look forward to seeing you reach your next milestone cache. Happy caching.
-
Congrats mountainborn anytime your up this way call me I would injoy joining you on a cache trip. My number is on my Avatar.
-
High 5, mountainborn!
Seems like it takes forever to get that first 100! But finally, you get it! Then it seems like they just keep rolling in! Guess we really get in the mode then! Or something!
At least it was that way with us! Didn't think we'd EVER get 100 - now the rest seem to have come really fast! Of course, back in the good old days (tongue in cheek) we didn't have nearly as many caches to find so really had to look for them! And go uphill both ways in the snow to get them!
We're sure we'll see your cache count go up and up - next thing you know we'll be having to post again!
May you have many more terrific experiences while you're caching!

Another huge milestone cache find. Yesterday, while caching in the Little Rock area, Topkitty made her 400th find. Quite an accomplishment. Way to go my friend. I'm very proud of you for your persistence and determination.
-
Congratulations topkitty on your 400th! WTG Girl! Keep adding them up!
Also - Congratulations to twooldcrows - who hit their 600th! You guys have been busy!
Looks like the numbers just keep building up all around! Guess us geocachers just never give up!
-
Thanks cachecrazies for tell us about twooldcrows hitting 600. I missed that one.
Congratulations to twooldcrows on their 600th find. Wow! That really is a milestone. Way to go guys. Can't wait to meet you at the Jakes event Saturday.
-
Thank you, you guys and looking forward meeting many cachers from this area and cachers surrounding area, this is a beautiful country @ the 2nd Annual JAKE’S Event “GCQ0DQ” sound like lot of fun and excitement and good place to get away for the weekend.

WOW!! WOW!!! WOW!!!!
CONGRATULATIONS NONNIPOPPY ON 2000 CACHES!
What an accomplishment - you are some dedicated geocachers!
Glad you hit that mark here in Mountain Home on the original Gorilla Stash! Enjoyed having you and golfnutz here
-
My congratulations to nonnipoppy on 2000 finds. WOW!!! That is truly amazing. Quite a goal for the rest of us. It was great to see you again and I am so glad to finally meet Golf(Mike of Golfnutz).
-
2,000 finds???
2,000 finds in one life time?
Good grief Poppy, but I can see what you were talking about now.
I load 500 new caches into my GPS and I only reach as far as North Little Rock.
You load 500 new caches into your GPS and you reach as far as Albuquerque.
Way to go and what a perfect cache to mark as #2K. Maybe we can celebrate your 5,000th 8O and my 100th  at about the same time.
-
Congratulation on your over 2000 find. Great milestone. Enjoyed and had lots of fun caching together with Golfnutz @ JAKE’S Event and thank you for your Help @ the Event.
-
2000 finds is OK, but what's really impressive is the more than 70 Caches HIDES they have!!!
Way to go Nonnipoppy and Golfnutz!
-
Congrats Poppy I can not believe you got there before Golf did. HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!
-
Thanks to all of you for your kind words.
Nonni deserves a lot of credit for abiding the habit/obsession.
Golf deserves some credit for the competition between us. That keeps me watching and caching.
But the real credit belongs to all you cachers that have or will have placed caches in Arkansas. Cache find numbers are easier to obtain with more caches in the area.
Not all that long ago there were less than 300 caches in the state, now there is over 500 that we haven't found and the number keeps growing. Just keep placing them and they will come.
-
Woodwalker9
Big Congratulations to Woodwalker9 - 800 finds!!!
Great milestone for a great cacher!! You do get around, don't you! Keep going , you Energizer Bunny!
We'll be posting congratulations for 1000 for you before long!
-
Well personally I think you should have more finds then I do just to be allowed to post congrats to these people or to be on this same page but since I snuck in here before you changed the rules….Congrats Mr. Walker, it couldn’t have happened to a better person and I’m looking forward to seeing what is your choice for find number *1,000*.
I thought Poppy’s 2,000th was a perfect choice but now I’m wondering what will be his choice for 3K.
Sorry I haven’t noticed others choices, topkitty, cachcrazies, twooldcrows, stickerdude, mountainborn, etc. for those milestone caches but now that my numbers are soaring [;)] I’m starting to think about it.

A big congratulations to my good buddy Rhone on his 800th find. Way to go.
-
Congratulations Rhone!
800 is a whole lots of caches! And there's lots more out there for you - which we're sure you'll get very shortly!
Glad we met you on one cache - that we were able to beat you on! LOL! Next time we meet you'll probably be at the elite 1000 mark!
-
Congratulations Rhone, you be smokin!
I'm sure that very soon, you too will be choosing what cache will be #1K.
-
Congrats Rhone. Good luck on the next 200!!!!
-
"CacheMates" 300th !
:D Congratulations "CacheMates" on your 300th find!
There's a whole lot of time and fun that goes into finding 300 caches - may you have lots more fun along the way to 400! We've enjoyed being part of your "finds"!
Bob and Linda
-
I just want to add my congratulations to the CacheMates on their 300th find. You have made a great contribution to Arkansas geocaching and well deserving of recognition for this milestone find. Way to go guys.
Woodwalker

Thanks, We have enjoyed every one of them. We just got back from Branson and found a few up there. Stopped by Nearer the Throne cache on the way home. Got to see and take a picture of our first Arkansas Elk.
Stopped in Russellville and finally found "Cousin Eddie" and did some of ORR caches on the Bona Dea Trail. 3/12 miles. It has been a fun day.

My congratulations to Ice Cream Man on his 400th find. It's taken real dedication to achive that number and I know that soon I'll be seeing you reach 500. Way to go bro.
-
Cachemates got 300? Way to go folks!!
Also I agree with what Walker said about you 2, X2.
-
Way to Go, Ice Cream Man!
Next time you're here (or we're there) we'll buy you an ice cream to celebrate! We feel privileged to have been a part of your geocaching "career"! And hope we all continue it for a long time to come!

900 Caches
Congratulations to my good friend Woodwalker9. 900 is a bunch of caches!
-
Congratulation to IceCream Man and Woodwalker9 on their 400 & 900 caches. We were at Searcy just yesterday looking for their caches.
It would be hard to find two nicer brothers. And I think twins at that.
-
900 for WW9? AWESOME!!!
Geocaching is a much better place because of you! Keep enjoying! And we'll keep enjoying you!
Aw gosh - mushy stuff!
-
The best thing for me about geocaching as been the friends that I have made along the way. It was certainly an honor for me that the Cachemates, two very nice people who have made a great contribution to geocaching in Arkansas, choose Searcy for their 400th cache find. Congratulations guys and thank you for all the fun I've had hunting your caches.
-
I think I’ve figured out it’s better to type “congrats WW9 on 800 finds” instead of “Congratulations Woodwalker9 on your 800th find. Way to go.“
Because if you spend the time to spell it all out, you are already a hundred behind. So…
900 Cgrats WW9 :D
400 Cgrats Cmates :D
400 Cgrats ICman :D
Did I get those typed in time or am I already behind?
-
A big congratulations to my buddy Rhone on his 900th find. Really awesome and I can't wait to see what your number 1000 will be.
-
Milestone Caches!
Thanks Woodwalker9 for your kind words. I got a good start on the next 100 yesterday.
-
Even though I know that numbers don't really mean anything to him, I want to express my congratulations to BACKPACKNJACK on his 100th find. As we all know, BPJ has made a great contribution to Arkansas geocaching. He has certainly added to my enjoyment of the game and for that I thank him. Way to go Jack and best wishes on your next 100.
-
We too would like to congratulate BPNJ on his 100th find. We also know numbers don't mean much to BACKPACKINGJACK but hope he enjoys his next 100 even more than the first. If you have ever been on one of his Mouse Hunts you know he enjoys geocaching and has added to it in Arkansas. He has taken the Mouse to some very interesting places around the state. Keep on Caching BPNJ.
-
Thanks. I guess it was about the numbers this time  because out of the clear blue sky I decided I was going to get in 100 finds before Christmas.
A bear destroyed one of my cache sites and the camo was stripped off of (stolen from) some of my other caches so between repairs and scouting for the mouse hunt I decided I wasn’t getting to cache enough so I decided this was going to be my present to me. I later added a new camera for Christmas also.
Good thing I decided “Before Christmas” instead of before “New Years” because I’ve been stuck at home with wunny eyes, a feeber in my head, a toad in my nodes, and a thor twote. I'm sooooo tired of chicken soup :(
