August Meet, Greet, and Eat

Hello everyone! At papataz2001 and missa116 's sendoff, I agreed to host the August event, but I just now realized that a date hasn't been set yet. If it's imperative that we schedule it before August is over, the 27th would give close to two weeks notice. If that's sufficient, I'll work on getting it set up.

Alternately, we could do September 3, if that's not too close to cache bash.

I welcome all replies, and I'll do my best to make as many people happy as I can :-)

Not sure what the customary time period is for archiving event caches, but I'll leave this up for at least another week or so in case anyone hasn't logged this one yet.

Most of the time, they ask you archive it 30-45 days after the event. If someone hasn't logged their 'attended' log, they still can even if it is archived.
