Arkgeo Board Meeting - Friday April 19th, 2013

The next Arkansas Geocachers Association Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Friday April 19th, 2013. This meeting will start at 6:00 PM and will be held at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.

All are welcome to attend. If you wish to address the Board at this meeting, we ask that you contact a Board member at least three days prior to the meeting to request a place on the agenda.

The Board meeting will be in the Burdick Hall building, room 218. Coordinates for the building entrance are N35 04.848 W092 27.350.

Question?? I thought the Board meetings were the 2nd Friday of each Quarter. Was this changed or am I just dreaming? This has really messed my calendar up.

It really messed us up too, Ron. We won't be able to make it on the 19th.

It has traditionally been moved in April for various reasons, mostly due to some past board members being bookkeepers. at the end of the last meeting I asked what date we wanted it to be on. It was agreed to move it again this year. Sorry about the conflicts guys.

I'm trying to work it out so I can be there tonight. I'm at the mercy of some men who have purchased our old press and need to come pick it up this evening. I'm not sure when they will arrive. I may try to call in if I see I won't be able to get there.
