Eagle Scout Project at Cadron Settlement Park - Sat. 3/10/12

I know this is late notice, but I've been in the hospital all week and I discovered you can't post messages on here with a Kindle Fire... (go figure!8O)

I have a Scout who is going to do his Eagle Scout project at Cadron Settlement Park beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 10, 2012. He'll be using GPSrs to map the trails in the park. If anyone is looking for something to do and you are in our area on Saturday, bring your GPSr and give him a hand. It would be great to have some experienced GPSr users there to show the others who haven't used one before.

I expect we'll be out there for a few hours mapping the trails and doing a little trail maintenance.

One of my proudest accomplishments in life was finishing my Eagle Project (long before we knew what GPSr's were!). Send him encouragement to complete his project from me. I wish it was a little closer and I'd come help for sure!
