Guess what I found???

I found GC30 on Tuesday. It's been around since 5.11.2000. Oldest active cache. That is all.

GC30 Mingo was one of the must do caches on Woodwalker and my GeoWoodstock VIII trip last summer. We found it Wednesday, 23 June 2010.

That was the second cache we ever found back in 2003. I didn't realize it was the oldest active cache until years later.

Wow! Caching in 2003?! That's awesome. Real veterans to the sport. Finding the cache was pretty neat since it has been around for so long.

Don't feel bad, Grzz. I did the same thing in August 2007 on a trip to Wyoming. Had a great time at the Liquid Bread Brewery in Hays just to the east, however.

In 2005 Mz and I vacationed in Estes Park, CO and passed by the GZ. Gotta figure an excuse to go back that way again :wink:
