Need any tips or tricks on new GPS

Well I went out and did it...I bought my first GPS unit. I bought a Lowrance Endura Safari. Does anyone have any tips or tricks on this GPS unit? All suggestions or comments accepted.

As I have found, most of our cachers use Garmin, so don't think we are being rude, just have no clue on your unit. Download the user's manual for any help or go to geocaching.com and check out their forums. Best of luck.

My very first GPSr was a Lowrance, and I have a Lowrance GPSr on my boat. They are fine instruments, and well-suited for finding caches. I'm not sure about their paperless capabilities, but I know you can upload field notes to gc.com. Congrats on your purchase. You will love GPS technology.
