DID'JA' EVER HAVE A CATASTROPHIC CELL PHONE FAILURE, loosing

Recently I lost 600 + carefully collected cell phone numbers. My back up system would not load to my new cell phone. I didn't know which hock to kick it off of !
So, if you have tried to reach me or havn't heard from me and expected to, please call 479-243-5450.
I have lost so many caching friends numbers because of a backup system's fail to load to the new phone.
Please feel free to call if caching in the S/W corner of the state.
Is there still a phone a friend list being circulated among members ? That would help.
I need a new back up storage solution. Suggestions appreciated !

I pulled the list off of the email account with the cell phone then saved the list to the phone's memory card.
I am hopeing to have it handy in the phone during a caching trip away somewhere.
