James Laster, brother to Ron(rkl of rklmbl), passed away early this morning after a long battle with cancer. My thoughts and prayers are with Ron and the family.

My thoughts and prayers are with Ron, Maribeth, and the rest of their family. At the event in Clarksville on Saturday, Maribeth told me about the condition of Ron's brother, so I knew his passing would be soon. I am so sorry. But he has moved on to a better place and is no longer suffering.

So sorry to hear of your loss. My father is suffering with stage 4 lung cancer now. I understand the long battle and the toll it takes on everyone who is close.

You have continued to be in our prayers even with your progress and now we will also pray for God to give you all comfort during this time.

I met your nephew at my first event in Paris and learned that he knew some friends of ours.

I first learned about your brother's passing from our friends early this morning. We are sorry to hear about it.

We thank all of you for your thoughts, prayers, cards, phone calls, and emails during James' illness and during the last few days. Your kindness means more to us than we can express in words. But, be very sure that our hearts are full of love and gratitude to all of you. We especially want to thank those that came to the funeral yesterday. Ron and Maribeth
