Private Messages in Outbox

I have several PM's that are hung up in my OUTBOX but will never send out. Is there something I am doing wrong and/or how do I get them from my PM OUTBOX to go out and then show up at as PM SENT messages.

Ain't yer expert, but methinks they stays there till retreived by the recepient. Somebody not checking their mail?
