Thank you, Ken, for the update. Understanding how difficult it is to find a moment to post - you are appreciated. Prayers for you both. Take care of yourself, also.

Thank you everyone for your continued concern, prayers, and friendship. I am seeing a slight improvement in Sue with each passing day. She has a long recovery this time and we are praying that there are no setbacks with infection. It truly has helped her to know that folks are thinking of us during this continuing journey. Thank you so much.
Hey, Sue..... you are tougher that you think. Hang in there! There are lots of us out here praying for you.

Sue's having a few bumps in the road as she recovers from surgery #9, but hopefully the remaining 11 weeks will go smoothly and quickly. Thank you all for the concern, thoughts, and prayers. It has truly helped Sue's spirit to know that so many are with us in spirit. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
I received word this week that Jimmy Poor, aka firechief1956, has been diagnosed with kidney cancer. Doctors were to remove a kidney tomorrow, but complications have postponed that operation. He will meet with another doctor before determining when to proceed with the operation.
Please remember Jimmy and his family as they face this difficult time.
Jimmy is to have surgery Wednesday morning, Oct. 9th at St. Vincent in Little Rock.
Please keep him, his family, and the doctors in your prayer.
