Just a bit of a different outlook on travel bugs. Our first to disappear was Diog.
He did not get much play and then he disappeared. We repeatedly emailed frogdoodle and never recieved an answer. I let my knickers get twisted a bit until I realized that someone that I had never met was controlling my attitude.
Then we discovered this posting in GC.com forum by Snoogans linky thingy. That has helped us a lot.
Our best advice is cut all emotional ties with your travel bug BEFORE you release it. If it travels fine. If it gets lost, muggled, or stolen sayonara baby. It was good to know you.
If you accept that the tag is about the price of a burger and you are just going to do something different with that money it becomes easier, at least for us........poppy
May those who love us, love us. And those that don't love us, may God turn their hearts; and if he doesn't turn their hearts may he turn their ankle so we may know them by their limp.... An Old Gaelic Blessing
