Well “RockHound” it started out with Gaddiel updating us about the new GPS satellites but because we were so looking forward to these new more powerful signals the thread quickly degraded to us bragging about what a knowledgeable person Gaddiel is where satellites are concerned.
I hope this cleared things up a little and brought his thread back to ground.
I guess the subject HAD left the area and was headed way out there, and I suppose a simple thanks would have sufficed but how boring is that.

I know just this side of nothing about satellites, but I DO know know how to use "copy & paste". However, I guess I AM guilty of being a nerd...

    ooops, 84 points also. []
Although I suspect I may have recieved extra points(40-60) for,
    1: being over 50 but using Firefox/Mozilla.
2: having no Friday night life.
And my real score is about the same as the other cavemen, 20 or so.
The test was fun and I don't think anyone will notice this thread has (ssssh) left the area again.

I shouldn't even post this - I'm SO embarrased! But I got a lousy 12 points! I'd better start practicing!

Mr. Crazy will have to do his own test - then you'll know who the nerdy one of the family is!

But then, I guess one of us needs to be the practical one!

    edited for P.S.

P.S. Welcome to the off topic TOPIC, Rock Hound! But aren't we having a good time?
