    The Membership Relations Committee is happy to showcase some ArkGeo Geocachers through the "Geocacher Profile". The committee thought Gunnar Wright aka Arkansas stickerdude should be the next cacher to be in the spotlight.


    What is your geocaching name?

    How did you choose your handle?
    I work in Arkansas and my car dealers call me the stickerdude.

    How long have you been geocaching?
    Since 1/30/2004

    How did you find your first Geocache, and which one was it?
    I found out about geocaching from a $1 that had Where's George on it 1st cache was "Birds all around".

    Who usually goes with you when you go caching? Usually go alone now

    How long will you work on puzzle caches before you give up?
    2 seconds


    What town/areas have you most enjoyed caching in?
    Used to be Clarksville

    Do you do paperless caching?
    Yes, love it!

    What kind of geocaching rig do you use?
    Garmin gpsmap 60csx and iPhone 4

    Why would you recommend anyone else to take up geocaching?
    It's fun and it gets you outside.

    Magnet cove, Arkansas

    Ar, OK, CA, TX, KS, MO, IL, IN, OH, KY, TN, AL, FL, and DC

    Not sure

    2021 so far

    Ammo can

    What was the most famous cache that you have found?

    Do you use disposable batteries or rechargeable batteries?
    No

    Do you enjoy hiding or finding more as your part of the hobby?
    Finding

    Do you have a personal goal in mind when you make a hide?
    No

    What is you favorite type of cache hide?
    One that takes you to a beautiful place.

    Out of all your hides, what are your personal favorites that you take pride in?
    Rebels rule it's soooo easy but soooo hard.

    What do you think the proper hide to find ratio should be to keep the sport fresh?
    Idk

    How did you end up getting into this wacky hobby?
    Found a Where's George dollar bill and looked into geocaching.

    Space station

    Love groups

    Idk not into ftf

    Are you a First to Find person who is always set on go and if so, how many miles out do you have your settings on to get notifications?
    Not into ftf

    Do you have any other hobbies besides geocaching?
    Lots. Softball, mtn biking, kids, and lots more.

    That is strange that there was not even a mention of Paris or the cache dash. Gunnar must be under the weather.
