    Also, don't ask me why, but some people have had good luck changing their avatar image to something else, then changing it back. I've seen several posts that said this solved their problem...

    Try what Gaddiel suggested. Just like him I have no idea what is going on with that, but it does work. I got my code the way Geezer_Veazey was talking about and I knew it should work... but it didn't. But after I changed my avy it started working.
