Must see/find caches around Hot Springs
Hello All,
I will be vacationing in Hot Springs in a few weeks and so naturally I started checking to see what caches were available in the area. I have to say that I was very impressed with the sheer quantity. But often it's hard to tell which ones are the best without reading all the logs (which can be very time consuming). So I figured, who better to ask than the people who know the area best. So how about it? What caches in the area are the ones that I need to put on my MUST DO/MUST FIND list while I'm in the area? I look forward to your advice.
Thanks,
Iscandar

Ask Quartzcacher, gingerrose, RKLMBL, Likestocanoe, zeke & george all of whom live in the area. One of my favorites, which will take you to many venues, is an earthcache GC11WJ5.

There are a LOT of great caches in HS. Some great series too. A few of my favorites are:

http://coord.info/GC1RWAF Bisquits & Gravy

And if you are looking for some numbers this one is the starting point of a great power trail:

There are just so many good ones there, but these are a few of our favorites.

Check out gingerose's challenge central caches. They're fun to work on.

Thanks! Those look like some great caches to put on my list. I particularly like the earthcache since the National Park is one of the reasons I'll be in Hot Springs. Are there a lot of the custom built caches there like some of the ones you mentioned? So many of the caches around here are the same thing over and over so it's great to find a cache that's innovative and creative. Keep the ideas coming and we'll see how many of them I can convince my family to let me do
