    Cumbres Pass Colorado

    This ancient Steam Train Station is located high up in Cumbres Pass and LORENZO'S TRAIN TREK cache is nearby. We were third to find. Here is a link to the video:

    Here is another look. While the train was taking on water we hiked down for a closer look as it crossed the trestle to head down the pass on the South side.

    That is awesome, now that we got rid of the Wrangler, we both feel a little sad about wishing we had done more with it like this. We ask our selves now if the Grand Cherokee can make it up/down it instead of knowing the Wrangler could have made it through! We hope one day to go "vacationing" in CO on all the Jeep trails and pass by the abandoned mine towns and all that good stuff. Hopefully by then Jeep will come out with a Diesel version of the Wrangler 4 door.
