New cache in Cabot

I have a cache in the works for the Cabot area. Hopefully I can get the approvals needed and get the cache put together soon.

I am going to try and hide a couple of micros in Cabot in the next couple of weeks. I have some ideas to make sure they are good quality micros and a challenge for all.
