This sounds like a great trip and I would love to go but it may be a little out of my price range right now.
Congratulations Chris for reaching 4k. Looks like 5k is just around the corner.
I will make my pledge to try and convert at least one muggle. Who knows, it may even be my wife, but I seriously doubt that will ever happen!!
I definitely would like to go to Europe because I hear there are tons of great caches and the food is pretty good too.
Just about any season is good for me. I have generally not hunted many in the summertime because of the heat. But I did just get a new kayak for Christmas so I will probably be getting quite a few...
My last couple of years have been below my expectations as far as numbers go but I plan to rectify that this year if I can find the time away from work and family obligations. I plan on getting at...
Here is a post made from Geocahing.com yesterday on their decision to retire the Challenges:
In my opinion this was just their way to try and give us something to replace the Virtuals that...
Happy thanksgiving to all my geocaching family. I hope everyone had a wonderful day and was able to spend it with those you love. See you on the trails soon.
Welcome to the game and to ArkGeo. You guys are in a great place for geocaching. There are plenty in Searcy to keep you busy for a while.
I just saw where 7 caches got published in the village. I can't wait to go down and find them. Looks like a lot of hard work went into getting this going. Thanks RKLMBL for persevering to get this...
I have thought a lot about it over the last couple of years and would love to do it but I just would not have the time between work and family obligations. If anyone is interested though check this...

I am going to see how many I can find tomorrow morning in a couple of hours.
The dates on MaxCacher are hard to pin down because prior to 2005 a lot of the caches did not have the published log on them as they do today.
I did find that he was still publishing some caches in...
I believe our first reviewer was Max Cacher. He is JoGPS from Tennessee. Not sure on the dates.
Our next reviewer was NatureFish. He is from Alabama and goes by The Alabama Rambler. June of 2005...
I will grab a cache on the way home today and that will make 1 month straight for me. That is twice as long as my previous streak of 15 days. I'll keep going as long as I can. Hopefully everyone...
I logged mine on Monday afternoon. I remembered Judy had said we needed to log it within 2 days.
I got mine.
On Saturday our 2 new board members were announced at the annual meeting.
The election winners are Jim Sick (Sayitagain) and Morgan O'neal (Drmo913).
I would like to welcome these two to the...
Well I told myself that I would start on June 1st and find a cache every day. I have not found a single one yet. Working 60 to 70 hours a week just leaves me with no energy for anything. I promise...
Sounds like you guys had a great time. Wish I had more spare time to be able to attend all of these great events.
After what happened this year I am not even going to try to make plans to attend until closer to the time of the event. Maybe one of these years I'll actually get to attend one.
Keeping you in my prayers Tim. Let me know if there is anything you guys need.
Check out this thread on the GC.com forums.
Those are some really long streaks.
