You're taken care of.
Jackie actually decided not to run and has been removed from the voting.
It is on the 11th. I've updated Chris's post with the right date.
Agreed. We had a blast going around doing them all last year.
Wow. Soooo much better than my method. Glad you posted this!
The events are listed on http://www.geocaching.com/calendar/ though the interface is pretty poor for finding local events.
When you place a cache, you will get credit for placing it but it does not count toward your finds.
There are some great caches here in Russellville. Night Gallery, the Starlight series, Ghosts of Spanish Conquistadors, It's All About the Numbers, another night cache out at Delaware park (I don't...
Sorry, we don't have any i-devices in our arsenal.
c:geo on android phones is free and easy to use.
Couple that with "GPS Toolbox" and you have a pretty good caching setup (GPS Toolbox provides a nice, easy to understand readout while trying to...
One correction, Jason. Currently, once a member, always a member. There is no auto-removal taking place in our membership rolls.

It is free to become a voting member (Just visit http://arkgeocaching.org/voting_booth.php?do=register) , but that still doesn't get you a list of membership information.
We don't publish that information anywhere as far as I know.

I'm taking one for the team here in order to save you from the onslaught. From now on, a user's first post on the site will be auto-moderated if they meet certain criteria. This should help...
Oh I know. I just had to vent a little bit. They drive me nuts.
I promise I try to stay on top of it. It's a never ending battle as they're constantly creating new techniques to get past the filters.
WOW! We are going to be there in a few weeks but won't be able to tackle these caches. How I wish we could, though.
Thanks for putting so much work into the series. I'm sure it's awesome.
I honestly don't remember about the second time. The first time, yes, it was under warranty. I submitted the request online and had a replacement unit in just a couple of weeks.
That's a shame and actually surprises me quite a bit. We are the other side of the spectrum. We have an Explorist GC and have damaged two of them (Once not our fault, once it was) and both times...
Have you figured out what the SLAP stands for yet? It makes me giggle every time I hear it because I totally relate.
On a whim one day, we decided to give geocaching a shot. Being in Russellville, there weren't a lot of choices for units so we drove all the way to Little Rock Target to buy it.
The explorist GC is a good cheap GPS receiver. We have one and usually do pretty well in the accuracy contests at Arkgeo events. I highly recommend it for a starter unit.
Also WELCOME! You...
