What's up with the Stars

What are the little stars above our Avatars? I just noticed mine went from 1 to 3. Do they reflect site participation?

Not sure what happened, but I'll try to find out...

I think the stars have to do with how many post you have to this forum. You'll also notice that the description under your name but above your stars changes also.

Your right LE the more you post the more stars you get.

That's cool. Now I have another goal - see how many stars I can get.
