GSAK Questions

To all computer software literate cachers,
I've decided to use GSAK but have a question about exporting data. I want to export waypoints to Delorme SA 2005. When in GSAK, file=> export=>Street Atlas, a dialog opens, but in red letters, Clyde suggests you use SA export. Does he suggest one use SA to create an export file in GSAK to be exported to SA??
Lastly, what tags are used to export the waypoint code (GCXXXX) and cache name without the name of the individual who placed the cache??
