Possible CITO idea in the works

I'm working on an event idea that would be a CITO and I need some help.

Does anyone in my area (Paris, AR) or close to my area have a park that needs some trash picked up?

Not a park that would be an all day clean up. Something that would not take long but would be help to the town or community. It would also need to be a park that is being used and would have several muggles there.

I can't think of any Park that couldn't use some cleanup, I think this is a good way of helping out the communities and some recognition for geocaching. I will help you anywhere I can
