Arkansas Parks Geocaching Contest

Can someone explain the geocaching contest that the Parks Dept is starting. I understand a cache has been hidden in NorthWest Arkansas. I just have bits and pieces of the news and would like to get a complete story. Thanks.

I just found this: http://www.arkansasmediaroom.com/news-releases/listings/display.asp?id=803. This article says that each new cache will be shown on this site. I can't find anything on this site. Is it on this site? Thanks.

Looks like it's in Hobbs State Park east of Rogers.

Anyone know if it will be on Geocaching.com as an official cache?

I can't find a GC cache listed nearer that 2.7 miles from that spot so it looks like they won't be listed or at least this one wasn't.

For Feb. Find our second cache at these coordinates: N35 08.916; W090 43.299. got this off there website http://www.arkansas.com/geocache/
