Getting back into Geocaching... Need a park permit...

I'm getting back into Geocaching and I want to place another cache and I want to put it in Devil's Den State Park.

But I have a question: Where/how do I get a park permit to place a cache in there?

You can get the permit form in the "Downloads" of the site.
