Hello,
How long can a cache stay "temporarily disabled" before the owner of the cache either needs to archive it or enable it? Is there a set timeline or something that I can read about the rules such as this. Also, it is my undertsanding that as long as it is "temp. disabled", then no one can place a new cache anywhere around it. We have a local cacher that has about 5 caches placed in some very good places and they have been disabled since August 21st. I would love to place some new caches near the locations but can't until the owner archives it, right?
