I can't believe how stupid people can be. The city wants to bill the cache hider for the bomb-squad response, why not charge the guy who called them? The cacher did everything he was supposed to, proper permission, making the cache as a cache, etc... It was the idiot who saw someone wander into the woods near a tree and then leave that caused the problem.

If you ask me this is just one more sign that the terrorists HAVE WON when we as Americans are so paranoid that that we call the bomb squad first and ask questions later.
