Congratulations StickerDude! You hit the big 500! :D

We knew it wouldn't take you long - bet you're already on your way to 1000! Looking forward to seeing you at JAKE's so we can celebrate it!

We're posting this to a new thread thinking maybe one thread could cover all caches that were a milestone to one of the members. Maybe not only in the numbers - but a special find for some reason or other.

08-12-2005, 12:05 AM
Thanks CacheCrazies

08-12-2005, 12:10 AM
StickerDude, please add my congratulations for your 500th find. Quite a milestone.

08-13-2005, 11:34 PM
Mountainborn, congratulations on your 100th find. Of all my milestone caches, I remember my 100th the best. Where and how it was hidden, the container, almost the time of day I found it. There is just something about number 100 that makes it a special find. I look forward to seeing you reach your next milestone cache. Happy caching.

08-15-2005, 07:50 PM
Congrats mountainborn anytime your up this way call me I would injoy joining you on a cache trip. My number is on my Avatar.

08-16-2005, 06:08 PM
High 5, mountainborn!

Seems like it takes forever to get that first 100! But finally, you get it! Then it seems like they just keep rolling in! Guess we really get in the mode then! Or something!

At least it was that way with us! Didn't think we'd EVER get 100 - now the rest seem to have come really fast! Of course, back in the good old days (tongue in cheek) we didn't have nearly as many caches to find so really had to look for them! And go uphill both ways in the snow to get them!

We're sure we'll see your cache count go up and up - next thing you know we'll be having to post again!

May you have many more terrific experiences while you're caching!

Bob and Linda

Another huge milestone cache find. Yesterday, while caching in the Little Rock area, Topkitty made her 400th find. Quite an accomplishment. Way to go my friend. I'm very proud of you for your persistence and determination.

09-05-2005, 07:09 PM
Congratulations topkitty on your 400th! WTG Girl! Keep adding them up!

Also - Congratulations to twooldcrows - who hit their 600th! You guys have been busy!

Looks like the numbers just keep building up all around! Guess us geocachers just never give up!

09-05-2005, 07:30 PM
Thanks cachecrazies for tell us about twooldcrows hitting 600. I missed that one.

Congratulations to twooldcrows on their 600th find. Wow! That really is a milestone. Way to go guys. Can't wait to meet you at the Jakes event Saturday.

09-05-2005, 09:46 PM
Thank you, you guys and looking forward meeting many cachers from this area and cachers surrounding area, this is a beautiful country @ the 2nd Annual JAKE’S Event “GCQ0DQ” sound like lot of fun and excitement and good place to get away for the weekend.

Good place to mention and Congratulations to Demonicangel for their over 500 find, lots of excitement and adventure.

09-12-2005, 10:43 AM

WOW!! WOW!!! WOW!!!!

What an accomplishment - you are some dedicated geocachers!

Glad you hit that mark here in Mountain Home on the original Gorilla Stash! Enjoyed having you and golfnutz here

09-12-2005, 12:34 PM
My congratulations to nonnipoppy on 2000 finds. WOW!!! That is truly amazing. Quite a goal for the rest of us. It was great to see you again and I am so glad to finally meet Golf(Mike of Golfnutz).

09-12-2005, 04:21 PM
2,000 finds???
2,000 finds in one life time?

Good grief Poppy, but I can see what you were talking about now.
I load 500 new caches into my GPS and I only reach as far as North Little Rock.
You load 500 new caches into your GPS and you reach as far as Albuquerque.

Way to go and what a perfect cache to mark as #2K. Maybe we can celebrate your 5,000th 8O and my 100th  at about the same time.

09-12-2005, 09:17 PM
Congratulation on your over 2000 find. Great milestone. Enjoyed and had lots of fun caching together with Golfnutz @ JAKE’S Event and thank you for your Help @ the Event.

09-13-2005, 04:20 PM
2000 finds is OK, but what's really impressive is the more than 70 Caches HIDES they have!!!

Way to go Nonnipoppy and Golfnutz!

09-13-2005, 08:49 PM
Congrats Poppy I can not believe you got there before Golf did. HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!

09-13-2005, 09:22 PM
Thanks to all of you for your kind words.

Nonni deserves a lot of credit for abiding the habit/obsession.

Golf deserves some credit for the competition between us. That keeps me watching and caching.

But the real credit belongs to all you cachers that have or will have placed caches in Arkansas. Cache find numbers are easier to obtain with more caches in the area.

Not all that long ago there were less than 300 caches in the state, now there is over 500 that we haven't found and the number keeps growing. Just keep placing them and they will come.

09-21-2005, 05:57 PM
Big Congratulations to Woodwalker9 - 800 finds!!!

Great milestone for a great cacher!! You do get around, don't you! Keep going , you Energizer Bunny!

We'll be posting congratulations for 1000 for you before long!

09-22-2005, 11:18 AM
Well personally I think you should have more finds then I do just to be allowed to post congrats to these people or to be on this same page but since I snuck in here before you changed the rules….Congrats Mr. Walker, it couldn’t have happened to a better person and I’m looking forward to seeing what is your choice for find number *1,000*.
I thought Poppy’s 2,000th was a perfect choice but now I’m wondering what will be his choice for 3K.
Sorry I haven’t noticed others choices, topkitty, cachcrazies, twooldcrows, stickerdude, mountainborn, etc. for those milestone caches but now that my numbers are soaring [;)] I’m starting to think about it.

09-22-2005, 09:19 PM
Congrats WW9

10-04-2005, 12:15 AM
A big congratulations to my good buddy Rhone on his 800th find. Way to go.

10-04-2005, 05:59 PM
Congratulations Rhone!

800 is a whole lots of caches! And there's lots more out there for you - which we're sure you'll get very shortly!

Glad we met you on one cache - that we were able to beat you on! LOL! Next time we meet you'll probably be at the elite 1000 mark!

10-04-2005, 06:19 PM
Congratulations Rhone, you be smokin!
I'm sure that very soon, you too will be choosing what cache will be #1K.

10-04-2005, 08:48 PM
Congrats Rhone. Good luck on the next 200!!!!

10-17-2005, 05:27 AM
:D Congratulations "CacheMates" on your 300th find!

There's a whole lot of time and fun that goes into finding 300 caches - may you have lots more fun along the way to 400! We've enjoyed being part of your "finds"!

Bob and Linda

10-17-2005, 05:41 AM
I just want to add my congratulations to the CacheMates on their 300th find. You have made a great contribution to Arkansas geocaching and well deserving of recognition for this milestone find. Way to go guys.

10-17-2005, 07:31 PM
Thanks, We have enjoyed every one of them. We just got back from Branson and found a few up there. Stopped by Nearer the Throne cache on the way home. Got to see and take a picture of our first Arkansas Elk.
Stopped in Russellville and finally found "Cousin Eddie" and did some of ORR caches on the Bona Dea Trail. 3/12 miles. It has been a fun day.

11-13-2005, 06:53 PM
My congratulations to Ice Cream Man on his 400th find. It's taken real dedication to achive that number and I know that soon I'll be seeing you reach 500. Way to go bro.

11-13-2005, 09:25 PM
Cachemates got 300? Way to go folks!!
Also I agree with what Walker said about you 2, X2.

11-14-2005, 05:27 PM
Way to Go, Ice Cream Man!

Next time you're here (or we're there) we'll buy you an ice cream to celebrate! We feel privileged to have been a part of your geocaching "career"! And hope we all continue it for a long time to come!

Bob and Linda

11-18-2005, 03:23 PM
Congratulations to my good friend Woodwalker9. 900 is a bunch of caches!

11-18-2005, 04:35 PM
Congratulation to IceCream Man and Woodwalker9 on their 400 & 900 caches. We were at Searcy just yesterday looking for their caches.
It would be hard to find two nicer brothers. And I think twins at that.

11-18-2005, 05:25 PM
900 for WW9? AWESOME!!!

Geocaching is a much better place because of you! Keep enjoying! And we'll keep enjoying you!

Aw gosh - mushy stuff!

11-18-2005, 11:45 PM
The best thing for me about geocaching as been the friends that I have made along the way. It was certainly an honor for me that the Cachemates, two very nice people who have made a great contribution to geocaching in Arkansas, choose Searcy for their 400th cache find. Congratulations guys and thank you for all the fun I've had hunting your caches.

11-20-2005, 08:55 PM
I think I’ve figured out it’s better to type “congrats WW9 on 800 finds” instead of “Congratulations Woodwalker9 on your 800th find. Way to go.“

Because if you spend the time to spell it all out, you are already a hundred behind. So…

900 Cgrats WW9 :D

400 Cgrats Cmates :D

400 Cgrats ICman :D

Did I get those typed in time or am I already behind?

11-25-2005, 07:47 PM
A big congratulations to my buddy Rhone on his 900th find. Really awesome and I can't wait to see what your number 1000 will be.

11-27-2005, 12:26 PM
Thanks Woodwalker9 for your kind words. I got a good start on the next 100 yesterday.

12-24-2005, 09:25 PM
Even though I know that numbers don't really mean anything to him, I want to express my congratulations to BACKPACKNJACK on his 100th find. As we all know, BPJ has made a great contribution to Arkansas geocaching. He has certainly added to my enjoyment of the game and for that I thank him. Way to go Jack and best wishes on your next 100.

12-25-2005, 07:59 PM
We too would like to congratulate BPNJ on his 100th find. We also know numbers don't mean much to BACKPACKINGJACK but hope he enjoys his next 100 even more than the first. If you have ever been on one of his Mouse Hunts you know he enjoys geocaching and has added to it in Arkansas. He has taken the Mouse to some very interesting places around the state. Keep on Caching BPNJ.

12-27-2005, 08:16 AM
Thanks. I guess it was about the numbers this time  because out of the clear blue sky I decided I was going to get in 100 finds before Christmas.
A bear destroyed one of my cache sites and the camo was stripped off of (stolen from) some of my other caches so between repairs and scouting for the mouse hunt I decided I wasn’t getting to cache enough so I decided this was going to be my present to me. I later added a new camera for Christmas also.
Good thing I decided “Before Christmas” instead of before “New Years” because I’ve been stuck at home with wunny eyes, a feeber in my head, a toad in my nodes, and a thor twote. I'm sooooo tired of chicken soup :(

12-27-2005, 11:28 AM
Sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well. Hope that you're better soon and out running those numbers up.

12-27-2005, 04:31 PM
Big high five to BPNJ for his milestone! He's added a lot of enjoyment and entertainment to our game also for which we thank him muches & lots!

BPNJ - there's nothing worse than a toad in your nodes!! As for the chicken soup - just add a bunch of jalapenos. Once you stop choking you won't notice your thor twote as much!

01-06-2006, 03:14 PM
Congratulations to mountainborn on his "200th" find. Just keep on jeeping and caching and you will have 100,000 miles on that new jeep before you know it.

01-14-2006, 04:15 PM

Two major milestones were reached at one time today:

8O Congratulations to Woodwalker 9 for finding his 1000 th cache!

:D Congratulations to IceCreamMan for finding his 500 th cache!

It's a great accomplishment for both of you. We'll be looking forward to your next!

01-14-2006, 08:06 PM

01-15-2006, 06:55 PM
A big congratulations to tech_guy and the missus on their 100th find. A great job by some very nice people. I look forward to seeing you reach your next milestone.

BTW, if anyone hasn't hunted their caches in the Walnut Ridge area, you have missed some good ones. It's well worth the trip plus I happen to know that they are working on a series that will highlight some of the great historical spots in that part of the state.

01-15-2006, 09:07 PM
Congrats to WoodWalker9 on #1,000

I knew it wouldn’t take Mr Walker long to get that 1,000th find. That would mean you have had 10 times the fun I’ve had in the great outdoors so congratulations to you on that. Caching IS fun isn’t it?

01-15-2006, 09:25 PM
I just want to add my congratulations to both WW9 and IceCreamMan on their milestones! WW9, welcome to the 1000 club! I hope your next 1000 are just as FUN. IceCreamMan, you're halfway there! Keep up the good hunting! -- ORR

01-16-2006, 06:00 PM
Congratulations Woodwalker9, and welcome to the 1000 club. May your next 1000 bring you even more pleasure than the first. A big congratulations also to Icecream Man on his 500th! Way to go and keep on cachin'.

01-16-2006, 08:14 PM

I know I've let a lot of congrats go sliding by without saying much, I'm sorry rhone I missed out on your accomplishment.

THEN there's the double your pleasure team of woodwalker9 and ice cream man! What can I say? Your hides, your support, your friendship have all kept me going many times over the last 14 1/2 months. You know what I mean.

You are both wonderful, someone did a pretty outstanding job when they put you on this Earth.

Keep enjoying!

01-18-2006, 06:43 PM

Hope you have many more cache adventures in the future. Also Congratulations to Icecream Man on his 500th cache. You just keep on caching and you will catch ww9 before you know it. Just keep on Caching.

01-23-2006, 07:56 PM
Congrats everyone on the big accomplishments.

01-29-2006, 08:47 AM
It was a fun run wasn't it? I guess I'll pick myself up out of bed and try to face a new future!

Congratulations on #100! Congratulations on #101 too!

01-29-2006, 12:25 PM
Congrats Tech_guy and the Missus (and your little helper) I hope you have as much fun finding the next 100.

03-04-2006, 05:48 PM

Congratulations - and enjoy!

03-04-2006, 05:58 PM
My congratulations to nonnipoppy on their new grandchild. They are special, aren't they?

03-04-2006, 07:30 PM
Thanks to you for those comments. I would like to introduce you all to Ms. Lillian Claire Choate. She was born on Thursday of last week. Poppy invited her out caching to grab some of the virtuals in Ft Worth but the Evil Mom Lady objected.

03-24-2006, 04:45 AM

03-24-2006, 08:15 AM
My congratulations to Jerry and Bonnie, the Cachemates, on their 500th cache find. Way to go guys and I look forward to reading all your great logs on your way to your next milestone find.

03-24-2006, 05:38 PM
Thanks Guys,
Yes, we did finally hit the 500 mark, and it happened at the Arkansas Meet Alabama event. What better place for it to take place. I would love to hit 600 at The third time is the charm event, but that won't happen. Work always gets in the way.

03-25-2006, 08:14 PM
Congratulations to jsgreer1 on that all important #100!

03-25-2006, 08:53 PM

My congratulations to tech_guy and the missus on find number 200. Now here's a team that deserves watching. Way to go guys.

03-30-2006, 07:18 AM
We were on spring break, the weather was pretty, and we just knew Captain B and Queen were going to be hittin' it hard so off we went! We got 27 the first day and 15 the next.

It could not have been possible without some caches to find in the first place. Thanks Woodwalker and Topkitty and others that make Searcy and Jacksonville such a nice place to visit and cache. Wen enjoyed the sights, the hides, and the challenge. We made notes and will be imitating you guys in the future!

Our favorites of the day had to be "The Great Seal" and "It's a Matter of Time".

03-30-2006, 08:20 AM
Congrats Tech_guy

03-30-2006, 10:17 AM
Thank you, you're welcome and congratulations.

topkitty would like to point out that bebopishere, ar_kayaker, and others have done a lot for Jacksonville also. Makes me happy - gives me new stuff to find. Intrail has just put out a new one here too.

03-30-2006, 05:08 PM
Way to go Cachemates. May the second 500 give you even more pleasure than the first. Hope to see you in Clarksville in a few weeks.

03-30-2006, 05:11 PM

Seriously, you help make the game fun! Thanks for the competition and congratulations on #200. See ya at #300!

04-01-2006, 07:22 PM
I want to add my congratulations to Captain B and the Queen on find number 200. I've heard about the "friendly" competition going on and can hardly wait to see what happens next. Way to go guys.

04-01-2006, 10:49 PM
Thank Guys. It has been a really hard week for us, as Captain B's days are winding down. He felt like he had to make that 2oo find, before going back to work for the next month. It has been fun, and I have had more laughs, but I don't ever want to be that rushed again. From here on, I want to take my time. I want to take in every single item I can see, hear, smell and feel. Some of the beautiful place we see, just don't need to be rushed, because I may never get a chance to pass by them again. Queen

04-03-2006, 07:57 PM
Congratulations to captain b and queen on your 200th cache. Hope you have many more adventures.

04-03-2006, 09:41 PM
From here on, I want to take my time. I want to take in every single item I can see, hear, smell and feel. Some of the beautiful place we see, just don't need to be rushed, because I may never get a chance to pass by them again. Queen

I could not have said it better. You are truly one after my own heart.

04-04-2006, 06:56 AM
I want to take in every single item I can see, hear, smell and feel too. I just do it really fast!

04-04-2006, 10:16 AM
Just wanted to recognize and congratulate Lady Redbug for her 100th find. And she did it at The Brides Vale Falls in Heber Springs. We found this cache just the day before. This is a wonderful spot to count as your 100th find. Not a place you could forget easily. Congratulations!

04-04-2006, 11:09 AM
Out of the caches that I have found, some I can remember, some I can not, but I will always remember my 100th find. I don't really know why this seems to be such a milestone, but for some reason, it is. Congratulations LadyRedbug on your 100th and best of luck on your next 100.

04-04-2006, 09:20 PM
Thanks! I worked really hard for it and I cannot tell you how relieved I was to find that cache! I gave up on it twice but something just wouldn't let me leave. Since then, I have been basking in a tremendous sense of accomplishment that I don't think anyone but a fellow cacher could understand!

04-06-2006, 07:09 PM
congratulations to cache scouts on there 200th find way to go guys. hope to be there soon.

04-06-2006, 11:19 PM
Way to go Cache Scouts. Doesn't seem like it took you very long to get to 200. Best of luck on your next 100.

04-08-2006, 08:10 AM
Congratulations to my good friend sjclimber on his 500th find.

Keep on a cachin'

04-09-2006, 03:29 PM
A big congratulations to Geo-j and Tobkitty on their milestone finds. Geo-j found #200 and Topkitty made her 500th find. I know that this one is very special for a couple of reasons. Way to go guys.
Also, my congratulations to sjclimber on his 500th find. Great job.

04-09-2006, 06:57 PM
We're running really far behind  but we still want to congratulate everyone on their milestones!

sjclimber, cachescouts, Lady Redbug, jsgreer, Captain B & the Queen and tech guy - it seems like all you guys just started caching, oh, maybe a week or two ago! Your accomplishments are incredible!

Special congrats to geo-j & topkitty! Keep on keeping on!

Apologies to those we've missed - gotta cut us old people some slack! By the time I find my gps (no easy job!) and it leads me to the computer - I forgot why I'm here!

04-09-2006, 09:00 PM
Congratulations to DEEZER on his 200th find today and it turned out to be grandkid38's 100th hide. It wasn't intended that way - just purely coincidental.

Way to go DEEZER, daddy of three beautiful grandkids.

04-09-2006, 09:05 PM
congrats to all i have not congratulated. i will try to keep up with it better

04-09-2006, 09:50 PM

04-11-2006, 07:23 AM
Another congratulations to ar_kayaker on his 100th find. Best of luck on your next 100.

04-11-2006, 12:02 PM
Congratulations to ar_kayaker on your 100th find and to Deezer on his 200th cache. I agree with woodwalker Deezer has some great caches. We loved Alum Cove and I especially want to find the cache that Geezer enjoyed so much.

04-11-2006, 06:33 PM
...I especially want to find the cache that Geezer enjoyed so much.
It's getting about that time of the year. Just keep hunting.

04-17-2006, 09:47 AM
Thanks for the congrats, I'm really not one one for posting but I would like to congradulate everyone also. Our 100th will always be the one that will always stick out in my mind. I've already forgotten which one was our 200th!

Thanks, again

04-30-2006, 11:23 AM
Congratulations to team Ltfightr on their 100th find on 4/14!

05-04-2006, 07:59 AM
Congratulations to Arkhiker for find #100!

05-21-2006, 07:55 AM
:!: Congrats to OzarkMtnGhost, Hillbilly & Little Boo who found their 1000th on 5/20/06 :!:

05-22-2006, 09:33 AM
A HUGE congratulations to the Cachecrazies on their 700th find. You guys have been on fire lately. I also notice that one of your finds was Mingo(GC30), one of the original caches. That is fantastic especially since another of the original caches is in your hometown of Mt. Home(Gorilla Stash GC1B). Great job guys. Way to go.

05-23-2006, 06:38 PM
Thanks so much Woodwalker! You have an eagle eye! And before I go any further - Congratulations to Everyone on their accomplishments! I won't go into each one individually but every milestone is a MAJOR milestone! May you enjoy each and every one of them as much as Bob and I have done! Geocaching has definately brought a new dimension to our lives and I hope it does to yours! Great caches to find, breath-taking views to be seen and once in a lifetime friends to be found! What more could anyone ask for?

We absolutely loved our "vacation". We HAD to go to Denver for our daughter's pinning as an R.N. (proud mommy that I am I just had to include that!) so that served as a vehicle for a 7 state, 2400 mile, 85 caches trip that was fantastic! We saw extinct volcanos, we saw historical sites, we saw amazing things that make you ask "How does it do that?", we saw places in Denver (where we lived for most of our lives) that we hadn't known existed in BC days (before caching). One was even in our old neighborhood! We even took Grandma (80) and a young nephew out for their first caching experiencees.

Knowing that our time was limited we concentrated on easy finds and virtuals. We love virtuals because they almost always teach you something that you didn't know! Mingo was first and foremost on our list! We've wanted to do it since we started caching and now we had the opportunity! Ironic since the Gorilla Stash was our very first cache! We would have liked for Mingo to be a milestone for us but that was not to be. The one we chose for our 700th lay ahead of us in Oklahoma City and we bypassed lots of caches to make this work out right. The best find for us was the OKC Memorial site. It was so awesome that we spent the night in Oklahoma City as we stayed there much longer than we thought we would. If anyone ever can - this is definately a MUST DO! Of course, we're "mushy" people but this one can tear anyone's heart out!

To diverge into the GeoWoodstock post - I don't know how they did it! We hit 85 caches in 2 weeks and we're exhausted!!!! They're gonna need some TLC when they get home!

Sounds like quite a challenge to me! LOL

Congratulations to all you folks!

07-24-2006, 05:38 PM
It does our old heart good to see the new cachers that are getting involved and caching. The new blood can do nothing but help the game.
The number of caches in the state seems to be on a steep incline and we see lots of real quality caches in Arkansas.

Congratulations to all. We hope that you are enjoying your caching as much as we do regardless of the number of caches that you find. It is not always the number of caches you find but the fun you have while seeking them. With apologies to Geezer "Take time to smell the roses, that you choose to smell, and love the grandkids."

We also really enjoy the good natured rivalries that appear here from time to time. Happy caching to all...........poppy

08-07-2006, 09:57 PM
Congrats to jacksonb for knocking out that first 100. Yet another cacher in NE Arkansas that is starting to tally them up.

We almost considered letting you have the honor in return for rescuing our GPS but even though I am a nice guy, I ain't that dang nice!

12-06-2006, 07:02 PM
Thank you to WW9 and 5beavers for your congratulations to me and your kind words! And congratulations to you, WW9, on number 1700! Sorry I've been delayed in replying, but I've been unable to get onto the website since before Thanksgiving. Tonight, I finally was able to connect! Thanks to Long Dogs for his hard work and determination to fix the problem, whatever it was! -- ORR

12-06-2006, 08:40 PM
I too have been unable to get on the website in a couple of weeks. Thanks LongDogs for your help. Congrats to everyone on their milestones. Hopefully after Christmas I can reach a couple of milestones myself. My sister in Texas finally reached 300 and is now more than half way to 400. She is telling me she will catch me by the end of next year. I can't let that happen.

12-15-2006, 10:37 PM
Who just hit 3000?
Thats a real doozy of a milestone :!: We hope that ya'll keep on going like the energizer bunny, and going, and going.

Congrats Flannelman! I am all the way up to 12 so there are many more to find. :D

01-13-2007, 05:43 PM
Thanks. It has taken me about a year and a half to get 100. I think it is more about all the fun you have along the way than the numbers anyway. I've had a lot of fun, gone a lot of places that I never would, and meet a lot of nice people along the way. That is what it is all about.

01-14-2007, 04:41 PM
I want to congratulate a great caching team on reaching a huge milestone. The "This 1 Time in Paris" event yesterday was the 800th cache for Jerry and Bonnie, aka Cachemates. Way to go guys, that's fantastic.

02-19-2007, 08:14 AM
Wow! It's getting more difficult to keep with all the milestones being reached. I just realized that mbell72901 got his 800th find over the weekend. Way to go Mike. A great job.
Thanks WW9, I think most were your hides that I grabbed while in Newport area for the weekend. I hope to come back and grab more sometime.

02-23-2007, 09:46 PM
I finally got to hit #100 today after way too many months of not caching! With arkansas stickerdude's excellent guidance/driving of course :)

03-05-2007, 10:57 AM
Thank you guys, it sure was a fast run through Western Arkansas this weekend. Captain B and I thought we had died and gone to Geo Caching Heaven. Tech Guy, don't be to sure about that 1000 find. Besides, we know where that cheerleader doll lives. Queen

03-05-2007, 11:03 AM
We want to congratulation Jacksonb on 400th find. You guys are moving up fast on those mile stone caches. I hope we don't have to wait on Tech Guy and the Missus to long for that 500th mark.

03-05-2007, 03:02 PM
Thanks to everyone for the kind words. It has been a pleasure meeting several of you at a couple of events and running into a few of you out on the trails. Geocaching is awesome!

03-11-2007, 04:48 PM

Congrats to SJClimber on recently going over 1000!! Way to go!!

03-12-2007, 12:37 PM
Thanks 5beavers, WW9
I had help on the first 100 4wheeling-1 and my new garmin 60CSx with streets and roads. it sure does cut down on all the circles I used drive in. But you always know where you are with a gps, even if you don't where you are going or how to get there. I hope that work will let me get the 100 as quick.

03-12-2007, 08:28 PM
Way to go sjclimber. Your have really been knocking them out lately. 1000 finds is fantastic. Hope your next 1000 is as much fun.

03-12-2007, 08:35 PM
Thanks Will and Pat. I'm just trying to catch Rhone. Oh, if he is caching with me that will never work. We've had a good time this spring with all those nice caches you all are placing. Thanks again.

03-15-2007, 08:24 PM
Congratulations to SJClimber for find number 1000 on our trip to the woods last weekend. We would have found more if we hadn't done a couple of them the hard way. Hopefully the next 1000 will be as much fun as the first!

03-18-2007, 04:37 PM
Congratulations to Rhone on #2000! I was following you today after your logs on the previous day and reading your logs as I was logging mine. Wow! 2000! That's a lot!

03-19-2007, 02:26 PM
Captain B and Queen, you just keep waiting! You'll see nothing but dust and my new license plate when I fly past!

Congratulations WoodWalker! I thought I knew what you were going for when you said you were going north west! ;)

I still remember running into you on the trail at Cherokee Village and how we were in awe of someone that could have THAT many caches! And we STILL are!

03-19-2007, 05:34 PM
Congratulations to all the Super Cachers. SJClimber 1000 caches, You have been busy. Rhone 2000 caches. This guy never sleeps. Woodwalker9 2000. Another Go Getter. I know you had a great time in Clarksville this weekend. Way to go.

03-19-2007, 05:51 PM

So many of you are going so fast that we can't keep up! It's just amazing how time flies. Just yesterday the numbers were low - and now they're becoming unbelievable!

As big as this sport has become there are so many people hitting milestones that we hesitate singling anyone out! We know that we've missed many of you but it wasn't intentional!

However - a few special congratulations are in order for Rhone and Woodwalker for 2000 finds! SJClimber hit a major, major milestone with those 4 didgets! And the rest of you will hit that number in no time flat! We can't wait to see you get there!

Congratulations to all of you!

03-30-2007, 09:03 PM
I had the pleasure to be out caching today with a very special lady as she reached a great milestone. A HUGE congratulations to topkitty98 on her 800th find. A super job by a very determined and dedicated lady. Way to go Beth.

03-30-2007, 10:16 PM
Thanks, ww. I just wanna point out that I chose to hit this one at Bonnie's Triumph - a very special cache of woodwalker's dedicated to Bonnie of cachemates. YOU GO, GIRL!

03-31-2007, 07:41 AM
Way to go Beth. You have been busy. :D
Can't think of a better way to celebrate such a milestone than to dedicate
it to Bonnie!

04-04-2007, 12:25 PM
Got #100 today at lunch. Stairway to Heaven.

04-04-2007, 06:41 PM
:D Congrats JC on Happy 100!!!!! 8) That is a pretty good cache, a really nice view too. Hope you enjoy the next 100 as much.

04-04-2007, 09:12 PM
I don't log on here nearly as often as I should, so I'm generally way behind the times. Congratulations to Woodwalker, Topkitty, JCBlough, as well as any others that I have missed. May all your future finds bring you as much pleasure as those to date. Keep on Keepin' on.

04-05-2007, 11:17 AM
Hey guys...looks like several of you have hit milestones. I will just give a big group congrats to all of you. I have recently met Tech Guy and Woodwalker and a few other AR cachers and I think ya'll are great! Come see us in Memphis sometime!

04-06-2007, 03:01 PM
WOW! It's been less than a month since I wished my good friend AR-HICK congragulations on his 100th find and now he has reached number 200. That is fantastic. CONGRATULATIONS MIKE on this great milestone find in such a short time.

04-06-2007, 07:48 PM
The congratulations continue as a great caching team, the Cachemates, have reached a huge milestone. While caching in Northeast Arkansas this week, they went over the 900 find mark. Fantastic job guys. Way to go.

04-06-2007, 09:05 PM
Thanks woodwalker, we had a great time in Northeast Arkansas. We got to see a part of Arkansas we had never been to before. We went with some of the best cachers I know. rklmbl, now this couple knows how to work together like a team. They have it down to an art. They also reached their 3600 cache some where along the way. We found 95 caches.
We were to tired to log from the Motel, so it has taken me a week to get them logged.

We got to meet and have lunch with Tech Guy and the Missus + their daughter. We enjoyed that. We found some very good caches that we would highly recommend to others. We were impressed with the quality of some of the caches we found. Lots of work went into placing them.

The first day of the trip, Bonnie got to find her cache in Searcy that you placed for her. That was a special cache for us both. Thanks for that one.

Congrats, to Topkitty for her 800th on that cache. Congratulations to jcblough for 100 finds, AR-HICK for 200 finds and rklmbl for a whopping 3600 finds. And anyone else I might have missed. Way to go.

04-15-2007, 11:33 AM
Another great cacher has reached a HUGE milestone by finding his 2000th find. Congratulations to one of Arkansas's premier geocachers, Old River Runner, on this great accomplishment.

04-16-2007, 03:18 PM
Believe me when I say that you will never meet a nicer couple of couples than Cachemates and RKLMBL! We consider it a great pleasure to have been able to visit with folks who are as pleasant as they are good geocachers. If you ever run across these folks, you owe it to yourself to spend some time with them. Keep your eye on RKL though, he's a sly one! :)

Congratulations on your milestone caches!

04-23-2007, 05:07 AM
A HUGE congratulations to the geocaching icons of in North Arkansas, the Cachecrazies, on their 900th find. What a team and I understand they are already nearing find number 1000. They are on fire. Way to go guys. That is just fantastic.

04-24-2007, 04:23 PM
Thank you so much, ww9!

But even LARGER CONGRATULATIONS are in order for RGS (& Charlotte). The event was their 3000th find! We have much admiration for you two! Keep on enjoying!

04-27-2007, 07:58 AM
Congratulations to Calicomo and The Amazing Kid Who for going over the 400 mark while attending the Clarksville event. Way to go guys. Thats fantastic.

Congratulations to chibongo on #2000! For those of you who are not familiar with that name, she is a most excellent person that caches in Tenn. and is a founding member of GOWT (Geocachers of West Tennessee). She reached her milestone at the same time that ProntoPup reached his #1000.

Congratulations guys!

05-01-2007, 08:13 PM
I want to add my congratulations to chibongo for her 2000th find and to ProntoPup on his 1000th. I had the pleasure of meeting both of these great cachers at the parks event in Jonesboro and again at a CITO event in Bartlett, Tn. A great accomplishment guys. Way to go.

This guy is on FIRE. AR-HICK has now gone over the 400 find mark. Wow! He has over 200 finds in the last 30 days. If this keeps up, we may have to start a new thread just for his accomplishments. Way to go Mike. That's unbelievable.

05-13-2007, 10:30 PM
Yes, Congratulations AR-Hick. I think you may be more like superman. You put in so much hard work Saturday at the CITO event, and still able to finish out the day caching.

05-22-2007, 05:21 PM
WOW! While caching their way to Geowoodstock, the Dynamic Duo, aka rklmbl, went over the 3800 find mark. That is unbelievable. What a team. Way to go guys.

06-08-2007, 02:41 PM
Two new Searcy cachers, KD5JNL and frojiles, have only been caching for a few months and have already reached 100 finds. Some of my milestones I remember and some I do not, but I believe I will always remember number 100. I don't really know why that milestone sticks out, but it does.
Congratulations guys on a great job and I hope you have as much fun on your next hundred as I did on mine. Keep up the great work.

06-09-2007, 05:29 AM
100 seems far from 1000, but I guess you have to start somewhere. Thanks for the kind words.

06-09-2007, 02:24 PM
Congrads KD5JNL on your first 100! Pretty impressive 21 hides also. Keep hiding and finding and you will be at 1000 before you know it.

06-09-2007, 06:34 PM
Thanks Guys. We wanted our 1000th cache to be one of the many great Arkansas caches, but we were in Indiana when it happened. Picking up Posies was the name of the cache. We found several cemetery caches while we were there.
Congrats to the on fire Searcy cachers KD5JNL and frojiles for their big milestone cache.
We have enjoyed the long trail to 1000. I know we will enjoy the ones to follow.

06-09-2007, 08:31 PM
Yet another milestone was reached today. A great lady and cacher, Topkitty98, went over the 900 find mark. That is just fantastic. Congratulations Beth and keep on keeping on.

06-10-2007, 01:20 PM
They just keep coming. Maumellean made his 700th find yesterday. Congratulations and I hope your next ones are as much fun as mine have been to me.

06-10-2007, 04:59 PM
Congratulations Everybody!!

With all of the milestones being racked up around here, someone would think that we had a whole bunch of active geocachers here in Arkansas!

06-10-2007, 06:08 PM
Congrats to all who have hit milestones. It's too hard for me to keep up.

06-11-2007, 09:44 AM
Oh ye master of all cachers, I bow to your superior talents.

I received a text last night that there were two new ones in Searcy to which I replied, what's wrong with you? Why aren't you out there hunting? The Cache Master Extraordinaire replied, " I am on my way back!"

Congratulations on number 2400 in the dark of night!

You rule, woodwalker!!!!

06-11-2007, 04:47 PM
:D Woodwalker9 hits 2400 :D
Well it's not a headline, but it is news. CONGRADULATIONS Sir on 2400. I'm sure that it will not be long before you make 2500. A master cacher and a good freind you are the best. Keep on caching.

06-11-2007, 06:15 PM
A better cacher or more wonderful person than Woodwalker9 does not exist!

We'll only have to wait a week or so for his next milestone - WTG ! :D

06-11-2007, 07:21 PM
WOW!!Way to go woodwalker :D

06-11-2007, 09:08 PM
I think the Cachecrazies just about sumed it up for my good friend Mr. Woodwalker. 2400 caches are better off because you found them. I know your REAL Good Friend Ron will be tickled when he hears about it.
Way to go woodwalker. Keep it up.
