Polo shirts in the store

The Fund Raising Committee is offering polo shirts for pre order sales. THESE POLO SHIRTS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE THROUGH PRE ORDER.

The price will be $27.00 (through XL) plus $6.00 if you would like to have it shipped to you. Otherwise you could pick it up from the store at the next event they are available.

The price for 2XL will be $29.00 plus $6.00 for shipping if needed.

These will be available in your color choice with only the words ARKANSAS GEOCACHERS ASSOCIATION embroidered on the upper left chest area printed in the fashion below. They are a 65% polyester/35% cotton blend.

Color choices can be seen at www.sanmar.com (http://www.sanmar.com), search for K500 or L500.

We will need to have at least 10 shirts to order these.

On the shirt company web site search K500 for men and L500 for ladies, It says they have sizes S-6XL, 38 different colors shown. This one does not have a pocket, but they do sell a K500p that has a pocket with 13 color choices.

Sharon told me at the Paris event on the 9th that Polo Shirts were a PREPAY and when she had 10 she would order them.

We stated we would need at least 10 orders to get this price on the shirts. On this thread there are only 5 confirmed orders, which would not be enough. These will also be on a prepay basis. Jason is going to set up a way for everyone to prepay through Pay Pal and see if we can get more interest. We would leave this open for a couple of months to give folks to pay.

Shipping is being changed to $6.00. We discovered costs would be more than originally thought.

All, Rich sent in the first pre-order to our Swag Shop and all worked fine. The link can be found at the top of the page in a yellow banner. Please post here if you have any issues, questions or concerns. I move to place the deadline for 50 days out from 1/21/2016 which is March 12th. This ensures that 1.) we get the order in time and can re-order if something went wrong, and 2.) paypal gives us 60 days to issue a refund and only loose .30 per transaction instead of the full fee...this is only needed if we don't meet our goal of 10+ shirts.

The geocoin purchase option was removed temporarily as the page was not behaving at all with that particular piece of the code. I will work on an easy to implement solution for this.
