Saw this in the ArkDem business section, "On computers" column. Might be of interest, but have some reservation with the "seconds and failed quality test" quotes????

"THE $39.98 MINI LAPTOP
This must be a record low price, but the merchandise has some problems. Some mini laptops are selling for less than $40 on eBay. The downside is they’re factory seconds or computers that failed their quality-control tests. The computers have a 7-inch screen, Windows CE, built-in Wi-Fi, two gigabytes of storage, an ethernet port, two USB ports, a camera card slot and an AC adapter. You can find them at bit.ly/37lap. (If they’re still there.) "

Interesting...first thing I noticed was is comes from Hong Kong, and shipping is as much as the computer, and I'm thinking "um...yeah". But they are 99% Positive Feedback, and list at the bottom they tested them to make sure they worked well, and even mentions that if they do not their return policy applies. Also says though that RAM is only 128MB and this computer may be slower than normal computers..blah..blah. If it worked halfway decent and the wifi worked would it be worth $80?
