For all those who have not heard, a fire at the Fisher Plaza in Seattle has shut Groundspeak down. According to Jeremy Irish, the servers are fine, but there is no power in the Plaza. Just before 2:00 pm our time, huge generators arrived at the complex, but it is unknown how long it will take to get them installed. They are hoping for this evening.

I will post more as I receive news.

According to Jeremy, temporary repairs are on schedule to be completed by late this evening. I am assuming that that is Pacific Time, so it will probably be late tonight before we see service here in Arkansas.

Geez, Pat, where do you get your information? :D I just spoke with Chuck Walla and he hadn't heard about this  , only knew the website wasn't functioning for some reason.

I'm not really sure what we are looking at here, but this is a picture of some of the damage caused by the electrical fire at Fisher Plaza.
