A good place to meet cachers is by going to a Meet and Greet.
Just so happens that there is one happening this weekend at Paris.
I think it is called Cache Ca$h Dash Bash http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=fdf3fcd8-bf4d-42a2-9720-4c899cfb8877and it is a good time.
You can meet your neighbors and pickup a few hints while there.
